The Pilates Room is excited to be partnering with Quarry Walk in Oxford, CT to offer a "Pilates on the Green Mat Class". There will be a 50 minute Mat Class and the cost is $20. Bring your own mat, grab a friend, put on your party/workout pants and come join us!!! **Please note space is limited**

ABOUT CHRISTINE
Christine's passion for Pilates started over a decade ago! In 2016 She transitioned from her corporate career to a career in Pilates. Christine completed her 450 hour comprehensive training through Core Chicago Pilates in Chicago, IL to become a certified instructor. Upon completion she taught full time at Core Chicago Pilates teaching Mat Class, Reformer, Tower, Chair, Jumpboard as well as private sessions. She has continued to evolve as an instructor by becoming a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as a Post Rehabilitation Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist.
She loves both the mental and physical aspects of Pilates - enjoying the strength and control philosophies that are paramount to each exercise. She takes pride in tailoring sessions and classes to individual client's needs and is dedicated to making sure that everyone has a wonderful experience.
